James and Elizabeth Thomas (both of these people were born with the Thomas surname), were both born in Cheddar, England, Janes ca. 1835, and Elizabeth in November, 1837. Their children were Arthur William, b. May, 1863, place unknown; Albert James, b. Cheddar in September, 1866; and Jennie, nothing else known of her. The mother, Elizabeth, had parents named Amariah Thomas and Anne Evans, born born in Cheddar, England. I know nothing about the parents of the father, James Thomas. After James died, Elizabeth Thomas married for her 2nd husband, George Evans, Jr., of Wedmore, Somerset, b. May, 1847. Other surnames that marry into these families include Coombe, Cooke, Athay, Richards, and Fear. Anyone else related to any of these Thomas or Evans families? If so, thanks for a reply.
