It doesn't make any difference where the person lives. If you want to know offer to pay for the test if he is willing. They will send the kit and you can mail it to him and you will get the results. That's what I did with my brother [Thomas surname]. Unfortunately he didn't match anybody, but they don't have that many test results and Thomas is a very common surname.
