Yes, I have a Silas Hugh Thomas family in Portland -- and some further north in Moses Lake Washington. Silas Hugh Thomas, b 1874, Athens' Ohio. Lived in Iowa - Gracemont, Ok, and then to Oregon. He was a man of many talents -- wood chopper, forester, mechanic (early days of the automobile) Silas married Minnie Johnson of Platte Co., Missouri and (2) Amanda Blanchard. Silas Hugh diedd 1941 in Goble, Oregon. I have more information, including children from both marriages.
