Am looking for birthplace and parents of William Thomas, born 1613. He came to Virginia in Jun-1635 on the America with a certificate from the Minister of the Towne of Gravesend [Kent County, England] of his conformity to the orders and discipline of the Church of England. He was 22 at the time and a Robert, age 20, on the same ship may have been a brother. He lived in Northumberland County, Virginia and acquired numerous land patents prior to his death in 1665. His wife was Rebecca (maiden name unknown) and they had at least one son (John 1648-1710). Glad to exchange information on him and his descendants. Cliff Thomas
