Nicholas THOMAS (born abt. 1794 in MD/NC ?, died abt. 1862 in Davidson Co. NC) married Mary Ann MORRIS in Randolph County, NC. They lived and died in Davidson County, NC. Mary Ann (b. abt. 1791, died abt. 1861 in NC) was one of four children born to Joseph MORRIS (b. abt. 1753, died October 16, 1823) and Rachel KENNEDY/KENNEDAY (b. January 25, 1759, died January 20, 1838). I am at a loss as to anything more about Nicholas THOMAS. For that matter, the family of Mary Ann is a brick wall too.
