I recently saw a book at Frankfort Historical Society about this person who owned land and settled in Lewis Co, Ky for a while. I was under the impression that Philemon was of the Germanna THOMAS family but the book seemed to indicated differently. The reason I am asking, the book linked together Philemon and the PLUMMER and THURSTON families back in Va. I am descended from Plummer THOMAS and all info I have been given says Plummer was of Michael THOMAS's family. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Sue Bishop
