I am posting my known THOMAS ancestry in hopes that someone will see a link, or can add something to what I have. I am stuck, and have been for years, on Thomas THOMAS of Virginia, who married Sarah CHAPPELL, and don't know where to find anything further on this family. Any help appreciated, and maybe someone will see something here they can use. THOMAS was born on 4 Oct 1861. He died on 24 Jul 1882. He was buried in Sandy Springs Methodist, Anderson Co., SC. THIRD GENERATION 5. Samuel Warren THOMAS was born on 25 Apr 1845. He died on 25 Apr 1865 in PA (killed in Civil War battle). 6. Amanda F. THOMAS was born on 10 Nov 1846. She died on 30 Aug 1886. She was married to G. D. WILLIAMS on 4 Jan 1872 in Anderson Co., SC. 8. Thomas Henry THOMAS was born on 6 Oct 1848/49 in Anderson Co., SC. He died on 25 May 1912 in Elberton, Elbert Co., GA. He was married to Quincie Roxanne BELL (daughter of Joseph Marcus A. BELL and Elizabeth Nancy BELL) on 3 Jan 1886 in Elbert Co., GA. Quincie Roxanne BELL was born on 20 Aug 1867 in Elbert Co., GA. She died on 6 Oct 1997 in Georgia. She was buried in Bowman, Elbert, GA. Blythe THOMAS and Morgan RICE had the following children: 23 i. Thomas RICE. 24 ii. Clinton Veston RICE. 21. Paul Edwin THOMAS was born on 22 May 1900 in Bowman, Elbert, GA. He died on 22 Dec 1968 in Washington, DC. He was married to Sarah Lillian RILEY (daughter of James Walter RILEY and Burnetta QUEEN) on 4 Mar 1923 in Washington, DC. Sarah Lillian RILEY was born on 16 Nov 1898 in Washington, DC. She died on 21 Sep 1979 in Washington, DC. She was buried in Eldbooke Meth. Ch. Cemetery, Washington, DC. Paul Edwin THOMAS and Sarah Lillian RILEY had the following children: +25 i.
