I have to agree with Don on this one. As one who is looking (mostly in vain) to locate the Thomas clan from Germany that may or may not have traveled through Schoharie, NY on their way to Berks Co., PA, where I picked up their trail, I can say that to know that your Thomas line is Welsh, or is in South Carolina, or someplace else, is very important.
