Greetings Fellow THOMAS listers! I have recently received a lead in my most elusive THOMAS quest and hope someone out there can lead me further. A family story states that Jonathan THOMAS (1783-1867) was born in Washington County, PA before angrily leaving home at a young age and ending up in Seneca County, NY. In NY he married Nancy SCOTT, formerly of Connecticut. We have nothing on his early family in Pennsylvania except another family story that says our progenitor THOMAS was one of 3 Welsh brothers. Do any of you have a THOMAS connection in Washington County, PA (south of Pittsburg) for mid to late 18th century? I am grateful for any assistance and happy to share what I have.
