I am researching my Thomas Lineage. I already have alot from other relatives over the years. This is what I have: John Thomas b. Wales, 1763, came to America 1773. m. Sarah Owen Harrison County Virginia Mary Thomas (their 7th child) m. Henry Thomas (Her first cousin!) They were the first permanent white settlers in Bureau County, Illinois. Austin Thomas b. November 28, 1826 Illinois, d. 1896. m. Amelia Thummel May 23, 1850. They had 9 children. William Thomas b. Three miles from Nebraska City, Iowa, July 1, 1865. m. Elizabeth Walters January 1, 1892. They homesteaded in Bethany Oregon. They had 4 Children. Elmer b. October 22, 1892. Naomi, April 8, 1895. Clara, b. August 26, 1897. Golda, b. July 14, 1902. Clara Thomas married Dayton Grant.
