Hi Rosemary, My wife has a Thomas/Davis connection also. I don't think they are related to yours but it is coincidental. Her g grandfather was John Williams Thomas b June 1860 in Shelby Co, Alabama. He married Martha (Mollie) Davis b July 1869 in Shelby Co, Alabama. We don't have any information further back on John Williams Thomas but we do have Martha Davis' parents. They were King H. Davis and Martha (?).
