Looking for info on "Big Jim" James THOMAS, info below. Either his mother or his wife was Katie MORGAN. Since most of his children were born about 1884, I would assume that he was b. around 1850. They moved around between Colquitt, Mitchell, and Decatur County, GA. This is my mother-in-law's line, and she believes that her grandfather may have been an immigrant. Any clues appreciated.
