This is my first inquiry regarding my Thomas line and I hope someone can give me some help. There were three THOMAS brothers: 1. HUMPHREY THOMAS (b. 1785, VA; d. Bef. 1850, TN) married ??? ???. His children were: Hiram L. (b. ca 1807; married to Cynthia ???) James (b. 12/02/1811; married Nancy Westly) Thomas C. (b. ca 1813; married Miranda ???) Nancy (b. ca 1822; married John Harrison). 2. HIRAM THOMAS (b. 1787, NC/VA (?); d. ca 1845, Hamilton Co., IL) married to Sarah/Sara ??? (b. 08/18/1788, NC (?); d. 12/18/1874, Hamilton Co., IL) bef. 1810 in Smith or Jackson Co., TN. Children were: Lewis F. (b. 08/06/1814; married Mary E. York) Peter Franklin (b. 02/18/1819; married Polly J. Rankin) Nancy Hughs (b. 06/16/1823; married William Rankin Samuel A. (b. 07/05/1826; married Dorcas Jane White). 3. LEWIS THOMAS There were more siblings, but they are unknown. Hiram Thomas is my ggg-great-grandfather.
