I find that by printing out e-mails that I need to send a response helps. I keep them in a follow-up file until they are answered. I print on both sides to save paper (and trees). I draw a line through the e- mails I have answered and when I have answered all the e-mails on the page, I recycle the page (unless I have made notes for myself). Carol
