I went looking for a bit more information...Hannah Louise HASH was born 12/25/1848 in North Carolina.....If she married Haywood THOMAS on 12/12/1865 maybe he was a brother to your William. Haywood and Hannah actually had FIVE children with our Sarah Jane as the oldest...Sarah Jane, William, John, Nettie and America. They were supposedly divorced before 1880 and Hannah remarried to a Samuel ROLFE 12/14/1881 in Beverton, OR. Thanks for your email!
