    3. Hi Connie, I too have joined several lists. I average 30 letters per day on genealogy alone. I have created several folders to save the mail from these lists. I keep them for future reference. If I see something that does relate, I print a copy to put with my research notes. I also print the e-mail that I have to follow up on. As I write this note I thought of another way. That is to create a folder to save e-mail in that requires follow-up. Save the original letter in the appropriate list folder for future reference, but also save one in a follow-up folder. Make any notes on the e-mail for your reference. You can also save out-going mail to this same folder for follow-up. Once you have followed up, you then delete the letter from the follow-up folder. Thanks for the question -- it helped me too. BTW -- This came in on my Thomas line e-mail. I am looking for Thomas families that Moved from Kentucky (Larue County) to Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma (in the part of the states where they adjoin). What are you looking for?
