I am a new subscriber to the THOMAS Family Mail List. My great grandmother was Elizabeth THOMAS, b. Llanarth, Cardiganshire, Wales 13 Jun 1839. Her father was Thomas THOMAS, b. 1800 in Llanarth and her mother was Mary REESE, b. 1802, also in Llanarth. They emmigrated about 1840 to Jackson/Gallia County, Ohio where Elizabeth THOMAS married John "A" LLOYD, b. 3 May 1839 in Llan-non, Cardiganshire, Wales. They were married on 14 Nov 1867 in Thurman, Gallia County, Ohio. My grandfather, Homer Lloyd was born 8 Dec 1868. I am looking for any information on this THOMAS family in Wales - the birthdate of Thomas, any information on his parents, marriage record, etc. Elizabeth Lloyd Ulmer
