I am looking for any information on William Marion Thomas borned in Wayne County, Illinois in around 1877. His death gave birth in Illinois his parents were unknown. It was told that he was raised by his grandmother a full blooded Cherokee. If this is true I am uncertain. Anyone having any links to Thomas in Illinois would even be helpful. William Marion married Mary Belle McCoy later moved to Missouri then to Arkansas where he died. I would appreciate any and all help I could get with him.
