    3. Hi Ron, Thanks for sharing your great find with the rest of the Thomas cousins! My great-grandfather, William D. Thomas, served with the 97th Rgmt, Co. C, PA Volunteers from Septemer 1861 through September 1864 and I would give anything to see a picture of him.
