My Michael Thomas, wife Barbary unknown, was on Matrimony Creek in Rockingham Co. N.C. in 1770's. His neighbors were Lemons, Parrish, Price, Land, Snead, Roberts, Dodd. My Michael died in Rockingham Co. circa 1820. Some reports say he was Michael of the Germanna Colony and that Barbara was a Harrensbager. Research has proven this to be untrue. This Lemon/Thomas connection interests me..do any of you know where your Thomases/Lemons were before they ended up in Ohio,Ky. etc? Thanks. Don Thomas Simmons
