Was curious to know whether anyone has a Nancy THOMAS (Nancy Ann)(Mamie) THOMAS; born circa 1820 (GA/NC?); died (January 09, 1904/January 08, 1893)?? Burried in Post Oad Cemetery, Petteway Community, Robertson County, TX. Nancy is said to have been part Indian (Cherokee??); sisters (Possible: "Doll" Geneva?); Nancy married Joshua STANFORD; was aprox. 16 years old when she married; believed to be either the second/third wife of Joshua. I have extensive information regarding the (STANFORD) side of this line, however, I do not go any further back on the THOMAS side; the above is the only information I have on my Nancy THOMAS. Names of children (Nancy and Joshua) are as follows: William M., James Wesley, Robert Lee, Noah Joshua, Winnie and Martha. All STANFORDS. Was just hoping that perhaps some of these children might have been namesakes of someone in the THOMAS clan. Thanks in advance for any help/info. Sincerely, D.
