I'm familiar with the 30A immigration forms for passengers for Canada arriving 1919 - 1924 approx. In most cases there is no large manifest. However there was a question recently on another list about a passenger landing in Canada from the Empress of Scotland in transit to the United States. Was there a large manifest for them as 30As were not used for most transit passengers?
