Immigrants to South Australia, (UK, assisted passage) 1847-1886: (91 passenger lists to date) http://www.theshipslist.com/ships/australia/SAassistedindex.htm During Robert's trips to the Library &c. he also collected a variety of records for German immigrants to South Australia and I now have 13 more lists awaiting preparation for going online, for the years 1837-1847 including the two in which you are interested. Robert & I have decided to have a new index page to list those German Passenger lists, but I will also include a link on the index page above, as well as on the main passenger list index page and on the Home Page under Special Projects . . so watch for the completed lists. In the mean time, a copy / paste from the spread sheet Lampe Hermann 30 Shoemaker 949/2 - Lampey Johanna (Jago/Jager) 26 . . as you can see, full right in the 'remarks' a possible spelling variation, however if you are confirming LAMPE, then I will remove that. Johanna's maiden name spelling is also in doubt, so if you can confirm that too, it will be appreciated. The 949/2 reference is from their listing in the South Australian Biographical Index. The - shows that we haven't learned their former German residence, so if you could provide that as well, it would be great. Skjold to follow Sue --
