This Steamship was used during the Civil War. After the war it was sold and renamed the Cresent City. I believe it was then used for cargo and passengers. Aspinwall, Panama is on the east side of Panama. Here they picked up Travelers going points east. I'm not sure of any other ports that it stopped at. I do know that it did go to New York. If any body knows about the routes and ports it could have stopped I would be most appreciative. On a Passenger lists its says Port of departure-Aspinwall, Panama and Destination-Place of origin Paul ( ? ) Port of arrival New York, New York.
