Hi I am trying to find out more about William Bartlett shoemaker who emigrated to New York between 1870 when he married Ellen Preston in London and 1880 when he appears on teh census with his wife and small son. I have tried theshipslist web page and found one William Bartlett on the "Lucy" but this is not the correct one. Can anyone help in suggesting where I look next. I am also looking for Caleb Bennett who family history has it sailed from St Catherine's Dock in London to St Johns, New Brunswick in 1846. His wife Elizabeth with her daughters Ann and Sarah who sailed to join Caleb I am not sure exactly when they left but it was about a year or two later. Any help with where I can find them would be greatly appreciated. Eveline
