I see Ted has answered about the ship name and where she was sailing from / to, but on checking Steve Morse's one-step pages http://www.stevemorse.org/ I see that there was no March 28th arrival in 1884, but there is a March 28th arrival in 1882, so that should be the year you research. If you found the year 1884 from a naturalization paper, then be aware that the most misremembered part of the date is the actual year of arrival.
