    1. [TSL] SAXONIA to New York City, May 1860
    2. I know that my ancestors arrived in New York City on the Saxonia on May 30, 1860. Their names were Carl and Fredericka Lindeman, both born about 1830 in Mecklenburg Germany. They would have had with them a small daughter Lena (or possibly called Caroline) who would have been about a year old. Also, a daughter Fredericka about four. What I would like to know is whether any more children are with them. I have seen another Caroline born about 1844 credited as their child. Does anyone like that appear with them? I would be enormously grateful for the information. Thanks very much. **************Gas prices getting you down? Search AOL Autos for fuel-efficient used cars. If you go to the Castle Garden website and do the following search, you'll find out who accompanied them. http://www.castlegarden.org/about.html First Name: blank Last Name: Lin* Year Range: 1860-1860 Search When the results appear, make sure the second date in the year range is 1860, then select Saxonia as the ship's name from the drop-down list. Good luck! Kathy
