In this article, it is mentioned that this document is the 38th letter on "the Production, Industry and Resources of the Slave States". Did you have the opportunity to look at the other letters? Did any of them also related to New Orleans or to Louisiana in general? How could it be possible to locate the other letters? And, may be, to have some scanning of them?
