I have watched the list and have seen several people wanting to know about records that might have been kept for people returning to different areas of Europe. The answer is more or less always the same - no outbound passenger listes were kept for the US unless the shipping line had the records. How accessable are the landing records for European ports? Are they online or are there places to write for the information for 1905 to about 1912? The person I am looking for was headed back to Kleschi and Gomel, Russia. This is now part of Belarus. His name is Gregory/Gregor Koral/Krol. We have his arrival records from Ellis Island on Aug 18, 1905 and also on June 21, 1908. The last time he returned to Russia was after 1908 sometime.
