As an aside, I searched the National Archives of Australia site. Often there is later immigration stuff there. Found this in a records search. Printed copy of Minutes of Evidence taken at Hobart on Wednesday 31 August 1927 and annotated by witness Edith Alice Waterworth Would this be your Edith?
