    3. *new* for TheShipsList website http://www.theshipslist.com/ First . . . we are thrilled to let you know that once again, TheShipsList has been chosen as one of the "101 Best Web Sites" which is to be published in the September 2008 issue of Family Tree Magazine . . . it goes on sale on July 15th. I guess we must be doing something right as this is the 5th time since 2003 (in 2005 the award was for the "101 Best Undiscovered Web Sites" instead) :-} http://www.theshipslist.com/awards.htm All the new and updated files and databases have been placed on their own page(s) Find them on the front page in between the big arrows --------------> <--------------- At the bottom of each of these pages I have placed links named " previous month " and " next month " so you are able to navigate back and forth between the monthly *new & updated* pages, as I only keep three months of *new* page links on the Home page. New for July 2008 is . . . o Passengers: o CANADA & US o John Molson - 22nd trip up, Quebec to Montreal, 4th August 1829 o John Molson - 23rd trip up, Quebec to Montreal, 7th August 1829 o John Molson - 24th trip up, Quebec to Montreal, 12th August 1829 o John Molson - 25th trip up, Quebec to Montreal, 15th August 1829 o John Molson - 26th trip up, Quebec to Montreal, 20th August 1829 o John Molson - 27th trip up, Quebec to Montreal, 25th August 1829 o John Molson - 28th trip up, Quebec to Montreal, 30th August 1829 The first seven lists for the 2nd half of the JOHN MOLSON lists for 1829. o Passengers: o SOUTH AUSTRALIA o ship Aliquis, from Liverpool to Port Adelaide 12th August 1855 o ship Admiral Boxer, from Liverpool to Port Adelaide 23rd August 1855 o barque Lismoyne, from Southampton to Port Adelaide 23rd August 1855 o ship Switzerland, from Liverpool to Port Adelaide 12th September 1855 o ship Thomas Arbuthnot, from Plymouth to Port Adelaide 12th September 1855 Five lists this time, with brings us to thirty of the thirty-seven lists of assisted passengers to South Australia for 1855. They are all pretty terrific lists. As an aside, we heard from a direct descendant of one of the LISMOYNE families within in two days of me uploading it ! Amazing eh ! He was glad to provide additional details about that family. btw. to SA researchers . . we haven't had any OCTAVIA 1855 feedback yet, so please get the word out. If anyone is able to furnish corrections or additions (like maiden names) to any of the South Australia Lists, please write to Robert or myself. Please share this *new* for TheShipsList website email, with any other list to which you belong if you think it might be of interest or value to those list members (in other words, on-topic). Enjoy !
