Hi, Would any of the members be able to tell where I could find details of the "survivors" of HMS Stanley lost 19/12/1941. I have the names of those that were lost. Any help appreciated. Thanks, Jim Murphy

Jim Checked the NY Times and found nothing but in the Toronto Globe and Mail there was a little item on January 5, 1942. Mostly it talked about them sinking 3 U-boats. It says that H.M.S. Stanley was the former US destroyer McCalls. The London Times reported the loss of the vessel on Jan 5, 1942 but none of the papers talk about the survivors. Regards..
