Hi Daphne, that's amazing: I didn't imagine that the English Theobalds also originated from Bavaria. Could you give me names of towns or localities in Bavaria where your Theobalds came from? I read years ago that several families originated from England had settled in Shelby County (USA)... Maybe we find some links?
