    3. Hi folks, A friend has just sent this:- Found at http://www.londonancestor.com/misc-lease.htm Leasehold Auction, Bermondsey Lot 37. A Messuage and Garden, No.18 in Surrey Square, in the parish of Newington, held for an unexpired term of 47 years from the 20th May 1813, at the yearly ground rent of £2 14 0; together with a Coach-house and Stable behind the same, held for an unexpired term of eight years from Michaelmas 1812, at an apportioned yearly ground-rent of £1 10 0. The Lessee and his assigns are entitled to the liberty of walking in the pleasure-ground in Surrey Square. Let to Mr. James R. Tetley, as tenant at will, at the yearly rent of £42 0 0. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I guess that this was James Rimington Tetley (1780-1863).
