Thanks, Bill, for these census entries. Annice is a bit of a mystery. I have an Ann Tetley, in the database, born in Cheadle, but she was slightly different in age at the 1881 census. I'll keep an open mind on her! Edith is another mystery. I don't have any record of her appearing in the 1881 census! Amelia is the right age to be the same one who appeared in the 1881 census with her parents David and Mary Tittley. The slight problems are a discrepancy in the birthplace (Pontesbury in 1881 and Bromstead in 1901) and that she was described as being handicapped in 1881 (deaf).
