Hi folks The following appeared in the Bradford Observer way back on the 27th December 1838. DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned JONAS SMITH RICHARD TETLEY, JAMES PARISH, and DAVID ABERCROMBIE, carrying on business as Worsted Spinners at Bradford in the county of York, under the Firm of ' Smith, Tetley, and Company was this day dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said David Abercrombie.
