The message you left was: Hi David.....I've come across an ancestor, SAMUEL OGDEN b. 1817/18 in Blackley, Lancashire. On his marriage certificate in 1842 he gives his father as JOSEPH TETLEY. His mother "may" have been MARGARET OGDEN, although this hasn't been proved. Wondering if you have ever run across this TETLEY who must have fathered him? Unfortunately this doesn't mean anything to me. However I have copied in the Tetley Rootsweb list in the hope that someone on that list may be able to help you. Regards David
