A friend has just sent me this reference:- found written in an old Prayer Book the following entry "Birthday of Charles Tetley on Thursday 10th day of March 1874 on which day he was 21 years of age and gave a large dinner party" the Prayer Book was owned by a John Carter who appears to have lived in the Lightcliffe area of Bradford I reckon that this is possibly Charles William Tetley (1853-1910) who married Emma Snare. Charles was the second son of Samuel (1808-1891) and Catherine Tetley. These were from the Greenwood-Tetleys line. I can't see another Charles Tetley of the right age.
