Hi Folks Help required! have any of you Tetley's traced your roots to Darlington UK I've just spent today visiting the library to recheck on Bartholomew TETLEY who married Jane RAIN 26/10/1796 they had four children Ann TETLEY born 24/2/1799 / John TETLEY born 18/3/1801 / Matthew TETLEY born 8/10/1803 / Mark TETLEY born 19/10/1806 Mark is my gggdad I checked the birth marriage and death records from 1796 to 1830 all I found was the births of the above. The interesting thing is that on the birth records Bartholomew is listed as a native of Bradford / Halifax / and Heaton all I can say is he must have had a Bike!! Cheers Richard (Yorkshire)
