Hi list! Well , we seem to be sluggish! either that or we've all found our ancestor's information! hehe<grinning>. I am searching for possible TEMPLETON ancestors living somewhere in ARKANSAS between 1929-1936. I know, I know, lot of land there to cover. All I know is that my ggreatgrandmother SARAH ANN TEMPLETON-HICKS along with my ggreatgrandfather had traveled there somwhere close to the Boston Mountains to visit someone. I'm presuming aunts or uncles or cousins. Her father was Thomas Jefferson Templeton , her mother Nancy Jane Shikles both born in Miller CO, MO. She had several brothers and sisters and I believe she went to visit someone there. I have been told that Sarah Ann was of Native American heritage, I was sent a photo of her as an elderly woman, and she definitely was not Irish or Scotch or Dutch or German. She looks 100% N.A.-which I know she cannot be as her father was supposedly of Irish descent. Help! any information is welcomed! thanks to all, Cheryl in TEXAS
