Joanne: Starting with Abraham sounds good to me, too. I have very little about Abraham. Of course, there is the Levi Temple book information. My chart from Debrett's just says, "of Salem Massachusetts, 1636/9," and only gives one offspring: Richard Temple b. 1623? m. Joanna c. 1645. There are mentions of Abraham in two books: 1) "Pioneers of Massachusetts," by Charles Pope, gen. Pub. Co., 1969, p. 449; and 2) "History of Salem, Massachusetts," by Sidney Perley, Salem 1926, I:444 and I:462. Terry
