Another bit of info. 12 September 1656 Margaret Upton conveyed unto John Temple a light roan or gray mare three years old next grass now running at Chuckatuck. I was thinking... Most of us live in different areas, and every library and/or research place tend to have different bits of information. What if we coordinate research patterns. For example one month we could do NC Temple families, another month VA, etc. In this way we could not only pool resources, it would be like having a worldwide library aiding us in our search. Would anyone be interested in doing this, and if so what area would be the best to start with??? Joanne

Concerning the parents of Abraham of Salem, my source came from Edition #1 of "The Rise of the Temples" by Albert R. Temple and Danny D. Smith. There was never any proof that Abraham of Salem came from the Temples of Stowe England. Being a respected genealogist I do listen to what he has to say. Danny D. Smith's article "The Provenance of Abraham" appears on page 100 of the publication. It explains why he thinks Peter and Katherine Temple may be Abraham's parents. You can view the article on L.
