I am looking for any descendents of Thomas A. Teel / Teal and his wife Frances L. Teel / Teal, who married in Campbell Co., GA about 1872. They had the same last name and it is not known if they were related. I have a lot of information I would be happy to share. I am related through Frances' mother, Mary Hattaway, who married Jesse Teal in 1844, Mary's brother, Walter, is my ancestor. Both are children of Lacy Hattaway and Elizabeth Teal. The name appears again and again, but there seem to be no connections. Frances' sister, Mary Ann Elizabeth Teal, married James E. Worthan, who was the son of Duncan Worthan and Malinda Delilah Teal. Again, no known connection.
