Thomas L. Jones and T. E. Webb officiating. Burial will be in the Creagleville Cemetery under direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Teal died unexpectedly Sunday afternoon in a Grand Saline hospital. A native of Mississippi, he lived in Plainview for about 15 years and in Tulia for about 13 years where he owned and operated a store. He had lived in Grand Saline four years. He was a member of the Methodist Church and the Masonic Lodge. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ruby K. Teal of Grand Saline; and one brother, Walter Teal, also of Grand Saline. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Berry, Collin Presswood, Dewey Pierce, Bill McMakin, Gene Ellis and Haskell Phelps. The body will rest at the church one hour prior to service time.
