It is an unusual name (thank goodness - sure makes it easier). Her first name was correctly spelled Neoma. Her mothers name was Bettie or Francis T or F Taylor and they were around Winnsboro, Wood Co, Texas in 1900 and 1920. Oma's parents were both born in Alabama. Her oldest sister was born in TX in the 1800's, so they were all in TX by then.
