Jim: Thanks for your response. All my material is on Word Processor discs and the computer will not read them. Besides I'm a newcomer to computers. Are you also looking for Lanes as well as Taylors? Am printing my Lane material, which will take some time. My Taylor material is already in hard copy. I have seen at least three different Nimrod Taylors in my material. Can't say off hand about one in Scott Co., VA., until spending some time researching. Will get back to you in a couple days to let you know on both Lanes and Taylors I might have. Another problem I have concerns a Rebecca Taylor b. abt 1817 in NC, m. 1833 Joseph Bellamy in Washington Co., TN. They lived and raised a family in Scott Co., VA.
