Does anyone have information on Martha Taylor m. Hez W. Fairchild. Martha was born June 4, 1855 and died August 10th 1929 in Harper, Gillespie Co, TX. Her father was Presley Taylor born in TN and her mother was ? York born in TN. I think Presley Taylor moved to Texas from Illinois. Seems there was a Fairchild/McDonald/Taylor migration from Illinois to Texas around 1850 or so? I'm also looking for a specific date that the Taylors arrived in Texas.
