Any > connection Mary: Your TAYLORs seem to use the same names as my branch: John, Henry, Thomas, Simeon. John was born in NC 1767. His son, Henry, was born in South Carolina in 1787. They then moved to possibly Georgia (Elbert, GA?) and finally down into South Alabama, Baldwin County, AL, to be specific. I think John also had sons named Ward, Simeon, and Hiram. John arrived in Alabama before 1810. Henry was there by 1819. I would love to know where John came from and who were his parents? I have always thought that he probably came from the Virginia TAYLORs. I would love any info you might have about these TAYLORs. Kathryn
