    3. I have a great great grandfather who spent some time in Massac after the Civil War. He fought for the North and needed to get out of the south for a few years. He was Jarrett T. Taylor who lived in Carroll County. He was wounded in the war and applied for a pension. I was told that he went to Massac because he had family there. Do you know of any connection?
