I cannot remember who it was intented for, and my old messages are auto deleted. But in one of the replys concerning "signer of declaration", there was mention of issues. And I just didn't understand what they meant. Was it issues with being a signer or issues with the declaration. And did they mean to use issues as meaning a problem or in some other way.
